I have represented many of Denver’s most distinctive properties, from grand residences to neighborhood gems. Each has its own character, setting, and story, and I love helping buyers discover what makes it special.

I created Denver’s Grand Homes & Neighborhood Gems out of my love for older homes, especially the historic, historical, and period homes built from the 1860s through 1925. Their character, craftsmanship, and connections to Denver’s past make each one a joy to explore.

Working with clients in Denver’s older neighborhoods is a wonderful experience. I love helping you discover not just a home, but the streets, surroundings, and sense of place that make it special.

I use historical to describe any home that is 50 years old or older. A home can have historical connections or reflect the architecture of its period without being formally designated historic. For me, appreciating its story begins with understanding what makes it unique.
